Week 2
Manhattan, Kansas
TCU 28 KSU 14
The Horned Frogs of TCU rolled in to Manhattan to face off in a much anticipated matchup of ranked teams. TCU started off the scoring by marching down on the first drive, running the ball and eating up yards and clock. The only pass on the drive can on 2nd and goal when Dalton rolled out on playaction and hit backup tight end Dille on a 4 yard pass. The Wildcats would come right back on the arm of Thomas, with Dold punching it in from 1 yard out. Again TCU would march down the field on the backs of their two true freshman, with Terrell scoring on a 8 yard scamper. Leaving KSU only a little over a minute, he was able to get the ball down to about the 10, before flashbacks of WVU coach Bill Stewart against CU came to dell and he couldn't get the last play off in time.
Halftime TCU 14 KSU 7
TCU received the kickoff in the second half and less than 45 seconds in, Freshman sensation Terrell scooted 75 yards on a pitch play untouched. KSU would not be dettered, spreading the field and using a ton of 5 wide, Thompson led the wildcats on a time consuming drive ending in him hitting Hilburn from 13 yards out for the score. The Wildcat defense stepped up and forced TCU to try a long FG from 55 yards out, but it hit the crossbar giving Kansas State new life only down by 7. After moving the ball out of the 5 wide with ease, TCU coach Ed decided to bring out his quarters defense, and they forced KSU to go for it on 4th and it failed. TCU finally mixed in a few more passes with their stellar running game and Terrell scored his 3rd TD of the game, this time from 11 yards out. TCU would force KSU to turnover on downs and Dalton would kneel to run out the clock.
Dalton 7-9 90 yards 1 TD
Terrell 24 carries 176 yards 3 TD
Dean 2 carries 31 yards
Johnson 2 catches 43 yards(both on 3rd down)
Brock 2 catches 24 yards
RE Broughton 7 Tackles 2 Sacks
Great game Dell, look forward to the rematch at my house next season. Good luck the rest of the way.

Re: Week 2
Wow sounds like a great game. Anytime you can get a big time play at the start of a half it seems to build the momentum. I have a quick question...how do you guys posts the pics up there? It looks cool and I'd even post one if it was of my Frosh QB getting blasted!!!! lol

after the game go to highlights and pick the play you want and watch the replay, you can click the left stick to save the picture...then it will save and you have to go to my ncaa and my legacy and online dynasty and pick the game and then click the picture and it will save it on easportsworld.com I save it to photobucket and then post it on the board...I know that's a ton to do, but it's not as hard as it sounds. I could help if you need it.

Re: Week 2
I didnt have time to save pics
But Ole Miss beat AF 34-17. Was pretty close for most of game, till Ole Miss was up 27-17 and AF driving early in the 4th... AF was forced into a passing offense since Ole Miss was playing stifling run D. Ole Miss Intercepted a pass in the red zone, then drove down the field. On a 3rd and 18, I will admit I hit the wrong WR (but circle was wide open for 1st down across middle too) but my TE was running a flag pattern into back of EZ... took user control and luckily outjumped the AF DB for a TD.
That Int and that 3rd and 18 TD was the back breaker.

Re: Week 2
To my opponent this week ...
I had a little bout with the Yellow Light of Death today, and I'm being extra cautious with my PS3 for the time being. Can you play at say....10 pm cst possibly? Or any time after that is fine, also.

Re: Week 2
His first game in another OD that I brought him into, he was getting his ass kicked against another user, went for a 4th and 20 from his own 30, didn't get it and quit the game, logged off, logged back on and retired from the OD
So ima just nip it in the bud before it happens here, and find someone who don't pull that shit

Re: Week 2
we are on a 24 hour advance now if we can. IF the Maryland Illinois game gets done tonight, id hope to have week 3 done tomorrow night.
Re: Week 2
Stokes, I will use Maryland if I need to for a while, I know my friend will take them when he gets his PS3 next week... so I may just play the user games and put it on auto pilot for the CPU games
Looked for you to log on AIM last night and you never did
